Spring Cleaning for Body and Mind

In November, I did a lovely Fall cleanse with an holistic nutritionist named Mollie Boyle.  I really enjoyed it and am embarking on a Spring cleaning on April 21.  If you have an interest in learning about a simple and effective, 12-day healthy plan for body and mind please contact Mollie at mjonesboyle@gmail.com.  Here are words from Mollie regarding why Spring cleaning is important:

"Cleansing and detoxification programs have been a part of nearly every culture and civilization for thousands of years.  Spring is a time of renewal and a time to lift the heaviness of winter, physically, emotionally and spiritually.  Our bodies naturally crave lighter foods and may start to cleanse themselves from excess toxins by giving us aches and pains and maybe even a flu or a cold.  We can aid our bodies by eating less, reducing animal proteins and filling our plate with vegetables and fruits of the season.  A food cleanse is the perfect way to jump start this process.  Join me on this journey to a clean body, mind and soul."
