
DC Yoga Week begins today and runs through May 3. Many area studios are participating in the celebration by offering $5 yoga and free classes (http://dc.about.com/od/healthandfitness/a/DCYoga.htm). At Sweet Life Yoga, we will be honoring the week with free yoga at the studio. Class cards will not be punched. In addition to free yoga, we will also be supporting three great causes: pediatric brain cancer research (Lilabean), Down Syndrome research (Flynn Fry memoriam), and lymphoma treatment and research (NIH). At all classes, donation containers will be available. Come and support the cause that best connects with your heart. No donation is too small. Let's celebrate the countless benefits of yoga while supporting our community.
